I leveraged insights from Numerator's data to highlight marketing opportunities for a mid-market client, I quickly created custom product groups according to client asks, and I pulled people, shopper, and brand insights from Numerator's data into concise data visualizations for client presentations. As a student Diversity and Inclusion committee member in the Psychology department, I helpedprocess and present internal data to faculty members from the annual Diversity and Inclusion survey which led to direct departmental policy changes, and I initiated a difficult conflict resolution which led to a productive meeting and retooling of curricula.

As psychology departmental assistant, I updated the Psychology website with job opportunities and summer internships for students. Additionally, I created advising guides which are disseminated to Psychology professors to help students choose appropriate classes and guide them in selecting graduate school programs.

As an editorial assistant for college communications, I wrote journalistic articles published in the weekly Saint Mary's Bulletin and on the college website. I network with students and professors to write profiles of events on campus such as the Creative Writing and Reading Speaker Series and the School of Science Summer Research Program. As the lead psychology tutor at Tutorial and Academic Services, I adapted to a wide variety of student learning styles for multiple of psychological subjects, such as statistics and biopsychology, and I worked one-on-one with over 25 students ranging from first years to seniors to help raise grades up to a full letter grade.

I worked with Prof. Paul Zarnoth and two other students to study gender, confidence, and social influence. We administered personality assessments to over 60 undergraduate participants and consolidated that data to be analyzed with statistical software. We found a "confidence gap" female participants when answering quantitative questions in mixed-sex pairs. During Summer 2018, I worked in the Social Cognition and Intergroup Processes (SCIP) Lab. I have been conducting two separate research projects: one focuses on how people adhere to stereotypes in response to ostracism, and another focuses on medical student well-being.
