Guest Experiences Supervisor
Current- Carry out supervisory responsibilities of GEFs including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training; assigning and directing work; appraising performance and providing performance feedback; enforcing policies.
- Provide mentoring and coaching regarding expectations, reinforcement of good performance based on established standards of facilitation, and monitoring program delivery to ensure goals and standards are being met.
- Deliver ongoing program trainings to new and long term GEF's including skill-based and content-based trainings as needed and assess and certify training completions.
- Assist with research, development, and implementation of programming and activities that meet guest readiness standards and protocols.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure high standards of excellence in guest services, clear communication, and positive and cohesive team building.
