Lead role: (the lead role takes 70% of my time) Responsibilities: Coordinating projects in regards to contracts and budgets negotiation. Acting as a liaison between company and Client, providing guidance to the local contracts negotiators and offering support to the clinical team in regards to legal issues. Participating in client calls and keeping a direct line of communication with the Client.Responsible for approving and reviewing all contracts and all budgets in the project. Responsible for the status and progress of the project in regards to all countries participating.Participating in Kick off Meetings as consultant for the Client in regards to contracts negotiation.Countries where I have coordinated negotiations: U.K., France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Moldova, Romania, Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, South Africa, India.Negotiator role: (the negotiator role takes 30% of my time.)Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating site contracts that support projects within Clinical Operations in accordance with sponsor and company requirements. Negotiating contracts and budgets for other countries besides Romania, stepping in when no local negotiator is available. I have negotiated contracts directly with sites for the following countries: Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Moldova, U.K.Serving as communication liaison between site contracts staff and internal and external customers. Providing functional guidance and keeping internal and external team aware of all contract statuses or pending issues.Training and mentoring junior staff members and to providing consultancy on legal issues for my colleagues.

Draft, review and negotiate agreements with clinical study sites and principal investigators. Manage/monitor the Agreement process from drafting and negotiating the initial Agreement and confidential and non-disclosure agreement templates through execution of the agreements with selected sites and principal investigators.Acting as a Lead Contract Specialist for projects with worldwide exposure. The lead position involves coordinating Local Contract Specialist from countries in the study, as far as the Sponsor’s requirements towards contracts drafts and negotiating parameters are concerned. Liaison point between Local Contract Specialists and Sponsor during negotiation.

List of my responsibilities: I offered legal guidance to the management team, I dealt with contracts review, advised on commercial law issues, I offered litigation support and regulatory assistance. I have administrated litigation reports for the UPC headquarters in Europe.I was also responsible for managing company's relation with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks and the National Trade Register Office.

Administrating customer relation for HP. The clients were multinational companies or public sector entities.
