Our beautifully designed spaces are custom-built to cater to the modern nomadic lifestyle, providing a global infrastructure for travelers to work and explore abroad.During my internship at Selina, I undertook a range of essential responsibilities:- Developed comprehensive F&B training, quizzes, and practical assessments in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.- Conducted thorough reviews of existing F&B training materials, ensuring they were up-to-date and relevant.- Maintained regular communication with key stakeholders to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement.- Collected valuable feedback from participants of trainings and SMI sessions, and effectively tracked compliance on LEDO.My time at Selina allowed me to contribute to the enhancement of the training program, ensuring that employees received the necessary resources and knowledge to excel in their roles. Working with internal and external clients my tasks were divided as follows:Commercial Programs Responsabilities:-Weekly, monthly and semeanual monitoring of credit note generation for distributors belonging to commercial programs in the country- Generating weekly reports for internal customers with specific characteristics depending on their needs working in conjunction with KAM's and Area Managers-Analysis of the positioning and sales of commercial programs focused on the renewal of the sameLegal & Ethic and Compliance Responsabilities:-Generation and updating in conjunction with the legal department of distribution contracts-Analysis and monitoring of certifications in conjunction with the area of ethics and compliance of our distributors -Translation of information sent by distributors-Analysis of requests from new distributors-Work in conjunction with corporate for the monitoring of recertifications as well as the improvement of internal processesIn addition to the tasks corresponding to my position I also performed the following activities:-Generating an internal policy in conjunction with the regulatory area-Working with Marketing for the generation of information and analysis of data-Tracking and control of donations, purchase orders and pending credit notes-Creation of activities for improving the work environment, in conjunction with different areas of the company, such as: Participation in Finance Town Hall, Participant of internal campaigns and the coordination of the Halloween activities inside the company.

Member of the team responsible for the portability analysis of our distributors as well as the commercial chains, being my main tasks: - Portability analysis (in and out) of the UNEFON and AT&T brands in sim cards for chains and distributors- Generating and analyzing information for presentations with internal and external customers- Implementation of programming tools in order to optimize the collection of information- Generating weekly reports for internal customers with specific characteristics depending on their needs working in conjunction with KAM's and Area Managers-Reenginerring of processes in terms of data base generation and presentation-Analysis of the information and audit of the distribuitors in terms of the activations and portability of the month

-Profile management, processes for Business candidates for the 5 careers in the University. -Creation of KPI's and ensuring that clear an deliverable goals are presented. -Client management and follow up.-Monitoring the correct implementation of scholarships for students working at Public Relations-Tour guide of the university to people interested in entering-Training for new interns as well as allocation of schedules

-Develop business and operational strategies to achieve the metrics set monthly-Work in sync with the operational areas to generate campaigns according to the market of the different universities with which we work-Building relationships with other countries to manage operations-In charge of local audits, budget and marketing of the products managed-Management, training and promotion of the local team-Monitor each internal customer's experience, as well as team KPIs compliance-Implementation and adaptation of national strategies to the university market-Creation of the first local congress in the areas of outgoing exchanges and also facilitator of sessions talking about management issues

In addition to having my experience as a member within my local committee, during this period I was also part of the Human Resources team of AIESEC in Mexico in the area in charge of content generation to create the bases of what would be known as the ambassador program for AIESEC members in Mexico who carry out a volunteer practice.

During this semester I was in education cycles to understand the organizational culture of the organization, attending different local and national congresses.Also I was part of different organizational committees and I received the award for Newbie of the year, taking into consideration my active participation inside the organization.
