As a Global Relationship Manager at NVH Studios, a prestigious organization based in New York, celebrated for its luxury lifestyle apparel and footwear design, I craft and execute comprehensive strategies for customer acquisition, digital marketing, social media management, public and media relations, and internal communications. In my role as Communication Manager at Cohen’s Fashion Optical, I lead strategic initiatives at the company's 125th location, a pioneering eyeglass retailer known for its cutting-edge products and services. Prior to these roles, I served as the Chief Marketing Officer at NVH Studios - US, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's marketing direction in the USA.With a solid academic foundation in the Art of Communication/Journalism, I possess extensive crisis management and public relations expertise. My experience includes serving as a senior communication analyst for prominent public and corporate accounts, including the presidency of the State Legislature of São Paulo - BR and Comgás, Brazil's largest natural gas distributor, also known as the Gas Company of São Paulo.Committed to fostering inclusivity and equity, I played a role in co-founding Kilomba Collective, the first black Brazilian women's collective in the USA, to provide a supportive community for black Brazilian women residing in the US. Additionally, I co-authored the book titled "Silence is an Accomplice: Violence Against Women is a Crime," which sheds light on reported cases of violence against women in Brazil. Another noteworthy achievement was co-creating the "Workplace Diversity's Certification of São Paulo." Furthermore, I founded two empowering platforms celebrating women of color worldwide: Habitat - Care & Color and the highly regarded Pretas em NY Podcast.
