I facilitated an online forum for over 400 development practitioners, academics, and other experts guiding discussion around best practices and knowledge transfer of conflict prevention and CVE in Africa. I conducted research on key trends in violent extremism and led the development of an online training course to equip development practitioners with a basic understanding of the drivers of violent extremism and CVE strategies. I also provided support in monitoring and evaluating security sector reform projects, including collecting data and conducting key informant interviews in Belize.As Project Analyst, I supported project management of five projects, providing technical input, managing project expenditures, and ensuring compliance with USAID, SSG, United States, and local regulations, laws, policies, and procedures related to projects.
