Worked inside the Radiology Customer Operations Group, responsible for spearheading the implementation of PACS hardware (Picture Archiving and Communication System) at facilities. Served as first point of contact to customers.• Managed orders implementation, consistently interfacing with all pertinent cross-functional teams for best delivery outcomes. • Owned customer onboarding process.• Monitored all new orders at the point of entry, ensured that all details required from sales team are present and correct before the onboarding process starts.• Planned, directed project schedule & progress of work, to include monitoring resource allocation & logistic activities.• Collected, verified build information & liaised with both internal Production team & vendors for hardware pre-configuration before shipping end-product to customers (installing MCK & Windows product version software).• Managed & monitored database.• Assisted in the conduct of internal quality audit, ensured the team is audit-ready at all times, acted as go-to person during FDA on-site investigation, representing the Radiology add-ons team. Actively involved with seeking new sales opportunities for the add-ons booking program (radiology & cardiology) which was a new initiative to help increase the Group’s revenue. Closely worked with Account Executives.• Active in Customer Engagement by reaching out to targeted businesses via effective email campaign using Inside Sales generated templates.• Hosted and facilitated engaging product review meetings, scheduled a subject matter expert, coordinating with both internal team & customer to review product questions/concerns.• Engaged both Inside Sales Representatives & Account Executives by uncovering optimistic sales opportunities, & pro-actively helped generate quotes for qualified leads for timely sales action.
