In this role, I managed the creation and publication of dashboards relating to all aspects within HR; including hiring and turnover analysis, compensation, diversity and inclusion, talent review, salary review, and HR operational metrics. I partnered and fulfilled requests from various teams such as HRBPs, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning. Using our HRIS and BI tools, I created, ran, and analyzed reports for a variety of users and purposes; including People Analytics, HR data audits, HRBP requests, Compensation, Benefits, Sales and Marketing proposals, and TA. Annually, I supported the company's EEO filing by completing the submission workbook and partnering with our third party support for all questions and changes from previous years. I also acted as a system administrator for Cornerstone our learning management system, performance portal, feedback platform, and engagement survey tool.

This support included working closely with vendors, monitoring transactions and data feed on carrier files, payroll adjustments, issue resolution, and providing knowledgeable support to employees. I also managed the variety of benefit and carrier invoices, reconciled monthly billing reports, and prepared total benefit cost summaries.
