As a HR Assistant at Arthur D. Little, I provide administrative support to the HR team and the employees, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. I handle tasks such as payroll, benefits, contracts, and performance reviews, as well as managing employee records and data. I also coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, from sending offer letters and contracts to conducting orientation and training sessions. I enjoy creating a positive and welcoming experience for the new members of our organization.I am passionate about learning and developing my skills and knowledge as a human resources professional. I am currently studying for my CIPD Level 5 Qualification, which will equip me with the competencies and confidence to advance my career in HR. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, which enables me to support the mental health and well-being of my colleagues and myself. I value the opportunity to work at Arthur D.
