Sales and costumer service at The Body Shop in Drammen.I did mini-makeovers on customers who wanted to try our make up and skincare and hand demos on customers who wanted to try our skincare range, body lotions, body scrubs etc. ¨From January 2013 I was also given the responsibility for make up-area in my store. This responsibility contained making goals and finding focus products for my team each week, and also keeping the makeup bay in great shape. I also attended meetings to learn more about new makeup on the market and learning tricks to do the best makeup looks on different customers.I have learnt a lot about promotions, campaigns and marketing through working at The Body Shop. I have been fascinated by where and how TBS finds its sources for buying ingredients and products and at the same time helping people in poor regions of the world through ethical trade and the Community Fair Trade program. I also appreciate the fact that TBS focus on protecting the planet from environmental factors and not testing neither ingredients nor finished products on animals. These are all factors that make my job so much more interesting and giving, and that in turn affect my skills as a sales assistant.
