Developed policy recommendations to improve and standardize engagement processes to advance the Port’s equity, diversity, and inclusion goals.- Support development of public-facing communications for the Maritime Environment & Sustainability Department, including writing web content, building and updating webpages, developing ESRI Story Maps, and building a Tableau emissions data dashboard. - Lead research for the development of an Equity Index tool to map disparities in King County.

- Implemented systems to better organize and track grant funding deadlines to maximize cost recovery.- Spearheaded change management process to streamline client engagement. Approach positively impacted over 90 clients.- Led leadership program for 20 high school students at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
