Skills obtained/deepened : -> Project management : Experiment designing, developement of experimental protocols, Data analysis, scientific publication writing, oral communications. -> Biology: * Primary cultures of Müller cells (major macroglial cells of the retina) - Cytotoxicity (MTT, ozblue) and Cell migration (woundhealing) assays.* Work on a rodent glaucoma model : Initiated to laser ocular surgery (photocoagulation), intraocular pressure monitoring (tonometer).* Immunohisto/cytology : Transcardial perfusion, Eye cryosections, flatmounted retinas, immunostaining, confocal microscopy.* Molecular biology tools : RT-qPCR, Western blot.* Adeno-associated viruses handling for transduction of retinal cells. -> Teaching : 64 hours (tutorial and practical classes) in developmental biology.-> Mentoring: Students (4 months) and lab technician (6 months).-> Software: FIJI, Prism GraphPad, Office packaging.
