👉The men I work with work HARD. But they are tired. Emotionally, mentally, and physically. You might be the breadwinner, supporter, or the "strong" one.You might be TOTALLY happy with this. Who doesn't love being successful? But when do you have time for yourself? To release anxiety or think about what YOU want. To GROW into more than what you are now? 📌At some point, we stop growing by ourselves because we can't see our blind spots. Men are taught to do things alone, be the "strong" ones, to not show emotion. Often this shows up in the form of workaholism, anger, porn addiction, adultery, or running from accomplishment to accomplishment and never quite feeling..fulfilled. Over the last two years, I've worked with 100's of men to understand the struggles, dynamics, and difficulties MEN face on a day-to-day basis. I use a combination of trauma therapy training, neuroscience, action items, and accountability to help you not only GET RESULTS but KEEP them.
