Assist customers -- Set up Ford Pass to new vehicle, walk through of exciting tech features included in the vehicle, answer any questions, accommodate requests.Perform basic office duties -- Documentation, finance and accounting assistance, filing.Perform delivery duties -- Bank runs, transporting vehicles for specific services.Collect inward and outward phone calls to customers to push our products.

Perform sales operations -- Upsell memberships and products, provide documentation and information of contracts, check out/money handling, POS experience.Greet and assist customers -- Answer any questions, tour new customers around the studio, help set up and navigate the HOTWORX app, and accommodate any requests.Perform opening and closing duties -- Count drawers in and out, basic cleanings, secure products, and ensure safe environment for 24-hour customers.
