Created guiding documents and policies to bring an unmanaged collection of approximately 1000 objects and 5000 images to industry best-practice standards including NAGPRA compliance. Created, marketed, and delivered public programs, lectures, and film screenings. Oversaw historic ranch preservation efforts. Performed as registrar, collections manager, and curator of permanent and rotating exhibit galleries. Collaborated with local tribes, libraries, collections, schools, and government agencies.

Oversaw the Museum's daily activities and ensured successful organizational functions. Responsible for grant administration, budgeting, human resources, accounts receivable and payable (QuickBooks), membership/donor management, fundraising, marketing and communications efforts including feedback and evaluation surveys. First director of both Special Events programs and Culinary Arts programs. Responsible for annual Wine and Food Festival, community art focused Gala, golf tournament, chef competition, one-time special events, and public culinary arts instruction courses generating over $1 million in fundraising revenue. Coordinated transportation, lodging, product ordering, and logistics. Expanded culinary arts program and updated marketing strategies, producing 50% increase in attendance of public classes.

Established federal 501(c)(3) status for the organization. Worked to establish the museum as a unique cultural organization, peace research institute, and community education resource. Recruited and supported Board of Directors. Lead grant writer and fundraising coordinator. Primary researcher responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with local, state, and federal organizations and tribes to create and facilitate educational local history and cultural celebration programs.

Conducted ethnographic research on material culture collections from Northeast Asia with focus on human interactions with local ecosystems; local community and government systems; historical and contemporary cosmologies and shamanism; material culture and historic collection expeditions.
