Development and delivery of training mandates on new employee initiatives and required training through legislation (AODA, Harassment, Health and Safety etc.). Maintain and manage employee files, HR Information Systems, Payroll date (ADP). Talent acquisition, succession planning and aiding in the process of company being acquired.
