My name is Elise Rollman (she series) and I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills which allow me to thrive in both independent and collaborative contexts. I enjoy challenges that require critical thinking and innovative problem solving. I take pride in my time management and multi-tasking abilities, organizational skills, and confidentiality. I have previous experience working as a Research Assistant at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) where I monitored 4 active study participants and recruited 5 to 10 potential study participants each week. I served on the Board of Directors for UpReach Therapeutic Equestrian Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and participated in roughly 10 virtual and in-person fundraising and community outreach events. Most recently, I worked as a Graduate Office Assistant at the Tufts University Student Accessibility and Academic Resource (StAAR) Center where I proctored 6 exam rooms for up to 20 student exams daily, hired and monitored 40 student note-takers for 23 students in 60 courses each semester, and supported the director, accommodations coordinator, administrative coordinator, and 10 other staff members. I am currently seeking Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, Research Assistant and Research Coordinator positions.I am willing to relocate for in-person and hybrid roles.
