Having lived & worked in Europe & Asia since young, I always find it fascinating to understand different cultures and adapt communication & work style to achieve results effectively. My experiences as a technical solutions consultant requires me to be able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different functional teams in geographically dispersed locations and able to simplify abstract technical concepts into relatable ideas to layman.Externally, I am expected to be client’s advocate, partner with clients throughout their discovery journey to uncover pain points and recognising the need to change. Internally, be a person who helps to bridge the external requirements to support team in logical and succinct manner to speed up turnaround time. Bing an eloquent speaker myself, I am comfortable in speaking either at seminars to large group of audiences or to intimate settings on closed door presentations with C-suite executives.Through these interactions with different target audiences I am able to gather useful market intel and formulate suitable engagement strategies that customer can resonate with.
