About Elise Stull

Formerly a commercial litigator, I have been working for the past eight years as an advocate for small island developing states in DC, New York, and at UN climate conferences around the world. I have worked with the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), sometimes as an FSM delegate, to promote "fast action" climate change mitigation strategies, the most notable of which is FSM's proposed amendment to the Montreal Protocol to phase down the greenhouse gases HFCs.From spring 2014 until August 2016, I also coordinated the International Monitoring, Control and Surveillance (MCS) Network, a network focused on combating illegal fishing worldwide composed of about sixty member nations, the European Union and two RFMOs. The International MCS Network organizes a biennial global conference called the Global Fisheries Enforcement Training Workshop (GFETW), the most recent of which, the 5th GFETW", which was hosted by New Zealand in Auckland 7-11 March 2016.

Listed skills include Legal Writing, Policy, Legal Research, Policy Analysis, and 17 others.
