I help people to enhance their greatest tool (their mind) so they can thrive in the challenges of life and become more resilient, confident and happy. In 2019 I founded The Pocket Mentor, the mental fitness app that plants trees. For every 5 days members use our mental fitness 'workout' tools, we donate for a mangrove tree to be planted out on the north west coast of Madagascar. The mission is to grow 1 million minds who grow 1 million trees.This all came from my experience leaving education and feeling mentally unprepared for the challenges of the real world; coping when things went wrong, dealing with 'I'm not good enough' thoughts and motivating myself up in the mornings. I realised I wasn't alone - the majority of us face similar mindset challenges. So, I set out on a quest to fill the gap - to provide proactive and preventative mental resilience and wellbeing tools that we can integrate into our busy lives to thrive and live to our potential. I'm now Director of Impact at The Mindset Development Group - leading the innovation and implementation of mental resilience courses and mentoring to corporate clients and individuals. No matter the path we choose in our life, our brain and mind is our greatest tool to help us thrive, yet we're never taught how it works, how to look after it or how to optimise is so it works at it's best for us... Until now! When not working I can be found wandering the countryside with various animals!
