I manage the flow of communications (contracts, reporting analysis, data entry, presentations, financial project reporting) for the HSIA project with financial impact. I assist in design and generation of key reporting metrics that monitor hotel and customer satisfaction measurements associated with implemented HSIA improvement processes. I design, track, and report key financial reports to ensure overall project expenses and on-going operational expenses are within plan. Assist in annual budget preparation by providing actual overall financials and hotel information. Coordinate key project meetings with owners, conferences, corporate team including senior management, hotel management, brands and operations teams. I have strong organizational skills; which gives me the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to multi-task; adapting to changing environment with strong problem solving skills. I work with our E-Learning Tool – OnQ University and up load and monitor hotel activity for their learning courses.I also do the publishing via our CMS- OnQ Insider Publishing for the Stay Connected project.
