Directs Organizational Change Management activities for the Motorist Modernization initiative which is re-engineering and enhancing Florida’s driver license and motor vehicle systems. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption of new systems and processes. Leads a team of 80 “Change Champions” to provide resources and project updates for their colleagues.Serves as a subject matter expert on mobile/digital driver licenses (mDL) and assists with project development, testing, contracts, and branding.Creates presentations and reports related to the Motorist Modernization and mDL initiatives for leadership.

Directs the Office of Driver Safety staff in conducting education and outreach for Florida’s High-Risk Road Users (Teen Drivers, Older Drivers, Bicyclists, Pedestrians, and Motorcyclists). Manages multiple State/Federal grants focusing on traffic safety awareness. Edits, designs, and produces the Florida Driver License Handbook and updates/aligns the content of the Florida Class E Driver License Exam. Analyzes traffic data to produce reports and talking points for the Department’s Executive Team.Serves as a subject matter expert on data and laws related to High Risk Road Users. Represents the Department as a team lead on multiple state coalitions to improve driver safety.

Manages and develops public safety campaigns including concepts, graphic design, messaging, electronic and print media, and outreach strategy. Redesigns and rewrites the Florida Driver License Handbook to enhance readability and comprehension. Writes press releases, speeches, and talking points for executive staff.

Advises and directs private businesses, government agencies, political candidates, and associations on marketing strategies. Provides graphic design, training, copy-writing/editing, and website analysis services. Develops and edits publications (textbooks, training guides, reports, and conference materials).Creates logos and brand identities.Designs advertisements, brochures, billboards, invitations.

Directs call center, tech support, procurement, and shipping teams to accomplish corporate e-commerce goals.Manages contractors in developing marketing and instructional videos. Creates content for ecommerce websites with an emphasis on Search Engine Optimization and develops promotions that result in exceeding sales goals.Analyzes site data to enhance shopability and Pay-Per-Click advertising.

Designs, writes, and produces corporate catalogs, brochures, advertisements, trade show materials, websites, instruction manuals, press releases, brochures, and content for web sites.Develops scripts, storyboards and directs marketing, instructional, and corporate videos.Works with engineers to develop product instruction manuals. Assists Creative Director in the design, set-up, and presentation of trade show booths.

Instructs post-secondary students on graphic design principles and computer applications. Creates a 1500-hour graphic design program based on Florida Workforce Education curriculum guidelines.Develops training materials: lesson plans; projects; demonstrative lectures; worksheets and exams. Monitors student progress; directs and encourages students to meet education/career goals. Leads student involvement in American Advertising Federation events/competitions. (Students consistently won Student ADDY awards and graduates from the program won professional ADDY awards.)

Conducts marketing strategy training seminars for leaders of Adult/Technical Education centers. Designs and writes content for membership materials, magazines, newsletters, press releases, brochures, and website. Assists Executive Director in planning and conducting the association’s statewide conference. Represents the association at conferences and trade shows.

Designs product packaging, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, annual reports.Produces scripts and directs marketing and product instruction videos. Writes content for press releases, brochures, installation manuals, and other print materials. Researches sales data and creates reports for senior staff.
