I manage Baltic payroll activities and am a point of contact for our external payroll providers. Coach and guide our Line Managers and employees in HR related processes and platforms. I oversee our benefits, manage the relationships with vendors and keep up the communcation to make sure our employees are aware of what we offer. Prepare different reports for different HR teams.

Additionally I prepare job contracts and various other employment related documents, work on different projects and I am responsible for the GDPR processes from the HR perspective.
