I manage Baltic payroll activities and am a point of contact for our external payroll providers. Coach and guide our Line Managers and employees in HR related processes and platforms. I oversee our benefits, manage the relationships with vendors and keep up the communcation to make sure our employees are aware of what we offer. Prepare different reports for different HR teams.

I am in the Compensations & Benefits team. Our team (2 people) is responsible for payroll process and benefits administration. Additionally I prepare job contracts and various other employment related documents, work on different projects and I am responsible for the GDPR processes from the HR perspective. I help our people with different system related questions and provide support in various topics.

I managed a team of five people. When we started the year, it was only three of us and we managed to recruit 40 new people. We expanded our team to 5 very different individuals from different ethnic backgrounds. I had a large responsibility, as I wasthe final responsible of all the projects and programs we offer.
