Developed and facilitated a 2-day training on 'Communication Strategies for Community-Based Climate Advocacy and Disaster Preparedness' for climate-affected coastal communities in Java, Indonesia, under JRS' Research and Advocacy for Climate Policy and Action (RACPA) Programme.Drafted and published an article (linked) documenting the RACPA Cross-Country Visit by a delegations from the Philippines, including local government officials and climate-affected community researchers, during the trip engagement with their Indonesian counterparts.

Developed and drafted funding proposals for North South Initiative's migrant empowerment programme (Malaysia), Fondacio Myanmar's IDP education programme (Burma), Young Lives Malaysia's refugee arrivals programme (Malaysia) and SDI Academy's migrant education program (Singapore).

Under PANAP's 'Social Protection and Labor Rights for Rural Women Farmers, Indigenous Women, and Female Agriculture Workers' research project, redrafted the Malaysia report and edited the Cambodia and Vietnam report, which covered the issues faced by agricultural workers and farmers in the context of social protection, and with the over-commodified agriculture industry, excessive use of pesticides and the climate crisis.

Continued support and guidance through consultancy to refugee-led groups: - the Coalition of Burma Ethnics Malaysia (COBEM) on community programs for Burmese ethnic refugees- the Myanmar Ethnic Women Refugee Organisation (MEWRO) on community programs for refugee women, youth and children, and organisational development - Refugee Action for Change (ReAct) on refugee-led advocacy efforts and organisational developmentProvided onboarding training and mentorship for the Tenaganita Program Officer directly supporting the aforementioned refugee groups.

Worked with and supported the founding of a refugee-led women's organisation, MEWRO (the Myanmar Ethnic Women Refugee Organisation), in developing and coordinating their activities, programs and services, to fill the gaps of services for refugee women, girls and children in Malaysia.Worked with the various refugee community leaders and representatives as a coordinating lead from supporting organisations, in the refugee-led advocacy campaign group, ReAct.Worked to support the Afghan Community Centre to build the capacity of the community leader and staff in creating more efficient systems, carrying out needs assessments and designing/implementing community programs and services.Coordinated events for Tenaganita and refugee communities, and managed social media engagements, also assisting in drafting press statements and proposals for the organisation.Facilitated capacity building trainings with refugee community leaders and representatives, and refugee youths on topics such as human rights, women's rights, labour rights, leadership, project management, media strategy, and others.Supported a food aid relief programme implemented during the pandemic as a coordinator who developed and implemented a beneficiary request and processing system; processing community and individual requests and routing dispatches of over 1,000 aid deliveries per week.

Led the implementation of remote work employability training programs for refugees in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Bulgaria and LebanonSupported the organisation in scaling its programs and its strategic direction.

Supported the work of the refugee-led women's group in advancing and championing the rights and welfare of refugee women, girls and children, through the development and coordination of programmes such as skill-building classes, awareness trainings, children's programmes, youth clubs and activities, public events and advocacy efforts, as well as insititutional support and development.Since July 2021, supported the group as a programme coordinator in a Gender Based Violence Response programme, on the safe placement of at-risk women and children, and the development and coordination of trainings on gender-based violence response for refugee-led community organisations.

Provided mentorship to five youths enrolled as Srikandi's in 111 Initiative's Sirikandi programme, which sought to support and empower young women in Malaysia in increasing their political involvement and knowledge, organised by Undi18 and funded by the Canadian government.

Supported the work of the coalition group of refugee community-based organisations, providing coordination support and advisory consultations in advocacy and program development/implementation to serve the welfare and champion the rights of Burmese ethnic refugees in Malaysia.

Started a home-based bakery business providing plant-based sweet treats to promote the compassionate and environmental veganism cause, to contribute to the social movement of sustainability and to address the market gap for affordable plant-based baked goods.

Served as an executive intern for YB Nancy Shukri, through the Perdana Fellowship programme. Assisted her in her ministerial duties, including escorting her at events, crafting press releases, carrying out administration work, and researching and creating talking points. Attained great insight into the workings of governments and political strategies, and gained additional knowledge on carrying out PR tasks for governmental/political purposes.

Co-founded the social enterprise which sought to connect urban populations to farmers and increase farming revenues and awareness; developed AgriTravels Malaysia's website platform, reached out to potential sponsors/partners and contacted media organisations for media coverage.
