Responsible for the daily caring of 100 horses, took out 2-3 trail rides a day, guidedguests through rough Colorado terrain and educated tourists on the local wildlife, flora, and theongoing conservation efforts in the state. Learned to work 2,000 black angus cattle on a semi-weeklybasis

Assisted in the clearing of trails in the Sequoia National Forest in regions affected by theSQF Complex fire, obtained A-bucker chainsaw, and B-bucker crosscut saw certification from theUSDA. This team of 5 spent 8-10 days at a time in back and front country settings clearing fallentrees from natural disasters on foot and horse trails. Had training in Wilderness First Aid andgained experience living and working in backcountry conditions, hiked 13+ miles a day, andworked with a small group in a remote setting at high elevation.

Managed and trained a team of ~40 lifeguards over the summer months at a popular family waterpark in Ocean City, NJ. Performed rescues, taught CPR to new lifeguards, assisted in day-to-day park maintenance: pool cleanings, fixture repairs, and general upkeep of the park.
