Key responsibilities - Identify business opportunities to support profitable growth using full range of product and business management skills- Develop product marketing strategy and roadmap, identifying technology and legislation changes. - Strategic planning and full life cycle product planning ownership (both manufactured and sourced).- Provide the Go-to-Market strategy and execution for product launches. (Business plan, forecasting, establish pricing, communication, phase in/ out plan, strategy).- Project management with sourcing team and R&D department, ensuring a smooth change of products.- Monitoring launch and supporting local countries to position the range and to drive increased sales- Technical and commercial product training to internal stakeholders and external customers,( Focus on product, market conditions, trends and competitive landscape analysis).- Ongoing sales performance management, financial forecasting ensuring business objectives are met - Creation of all marketing communications collateral working with internal resources combined with external agencies including copy writing, packaging design brief, website content and sales promotions activityKey achievements- Successful launch and monitoring of over 10 projects under one year delivering multi-million Euro turnover- Devising and delivering new product roadmaps to both internal staff and customers on dynamic, fast changing LED linear lamps products using full range of product and market analytical and research skills - Launching full new, multi-stack range of highly technical LED linear lamps using a combination sourcing and internal manufacturing bringing innovation to reposition range vs competition and add value to range - Coordinating a successful promotion sell out campaign at European level through sound financial analysis, driving stock reduction and sales growth .- Full management of International Lighting fair content delivery for all SBU lamp divisions.
