RevolutionEHR was the first cloud based Optometric EHR on the market. I joined this team because of my passion for Optometric Management and working with ODs.My role was Southeast Territory Manager. I was responsible for hosting online demonstrations of our SaaS and learning if it met the needs of the doctors & their practices. Because of my extensive knowledge, I was able to evaluate their needs and host a demonstration highlighting pertinent portions of the program.I hosted in person events & presented at local and state association meetings.

I loved this role! I loved being able to answer such a wide variety of questions & challenging myself to learn and grow. In the beginning of this company, I was responsible for planning educational conferences, marketing efforts and the development of internal operations. I was the first point of contact for Prima prospects and members. I provided assistance in a variety of areas, including billing & coding, insurance related questions, administrative office procedures, staff training recommendations and answered Human Resources questions. I on-boarded each new member and triaged issues, being sure I followed up on every request. I developed such a bond with our membership & the Optometric community. Prima was sold to IDOC in 2016.
