Drive the marketing efforts of the firm, office, practice groups, and individual lawyers in order to expand relationships with existing clients and obtain new business for the firm, while delivering exemplary client service. Work directly with the firms New Venture and Investment Management practice groups on all business development efforts.

Serve as the primary marketing and business development professional for BakerHostetler's Cincinnati and Columbus offices, while also supporting the marketing needs of the national Employment and Labor Practice Group. In this position, I work to promote our attorneys by developing their personal business plans and manage prospective client opportunities by analyzing research on industries and competitors and creating RFPs/pitches for new client engagements.Create and execute opportunities to cross-sell among our 14 offices nationwide, by building client relationship teams and through key client development. Work to promote BakerHostetler's experienced attorneys with targeted social media initiatives, events, sponsorships, client alerts, speaking engagements and proactive media placements.

Worked with Relationship Managers to create sales strategy among our current clients. Provided a holistic approach to managing wealth for our clients. Assisted in creating brand awareness in local market through sponsorships and marketing collateral. Worked with outside centers of influence to create new business and cross-selling opportunities.Compile data using client database system for client portfolio reviews showing account performance, while also finding opportunities to grow the wealth of our clients.Member of several committees designed to generate new business leads as well as new revenue streams. Founding member on the PNC Emerging Professional's advisory committee.Plan and prepare event logistics for roughly 15 client events a year.Have demonstrated the ability to build and develop client relationships by gaining the confidence of clients and colleagues while ensuring project details, process steps and effective communication.

While working as a sales representative, it was my job to increase brand awareness about AT&T product offerings. I did this through direct communication with existing and non-existing customers. Our overall goal was to leverage AT&T internet packages in a new market.
