- Develop and implement strategies to promote the Pancratz Career Development Center's services to students at the Nistler College of Business & Public Administration - Oversee and manage the center's social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook - Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance awareness and growth of career services - Design digital and print marketing materials that align with UND’s brand guidelines - Collaborate with vendors to plan, coordinate, and execute events - Capture and edit student headshot photos using professional photography skills-Plan and execute annual Nistler College Career Fair, attended by over 50 employers and 450+ students.

-Greet and assist visitors-Coordinate ordering and inventory of all promotional items for the Student Engagement Hub using proper purchasing procedures-Create and maintain spreadsheets for current, incoming, and outgoing students-Effectively communicate and complete tasks across multiple departments within the Student Engagement Hub

Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events.

Facilitate company financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
