I am working in the IT infrastructure department providing services to all of the Information Systems Divisions of Air Liquide. I am in charge of internal customers located worldwide and in different business of Air Liquide as Engineering & Construction or Healthcare.I am the voice of the customer ensuring the good understanding of needs and smooth delivery of services.My role includes also a financial follow-up throughout the year. I could be seen as facilitator between customers and infrastructure teams.

- Customer projects: In charge of feasibility study and implementation. Accountable for new products testing.- Sub’s technical support: Responsible for product recommendations: material compatibility of the accumulator with the application hydraulic circuit - Operate surveys: Analysis and solutions research for failures causes observed by customers - Participate actively in a technical workgroup meeting gathering technical people from different international subs’.- Product development: Manage a study for measuring direct pressure and temperature on accumulator - In charge of development of the new European accumulator Standards, especially for fatigue lifetime subject.

- Responsible for control of first start-ups and validation tests for the different “fluid” circuits (fresh water, gasoil, oil, fire protection…).Management and solving on-board assembly problems – Direct relation with production and installations managers in the aim to have a quick coordination between the different parts.Weekly meeting to follow the tests advancement and to solve critical points in timeline: propositions of solutions and permanent following of urgent actions advancement.- Accountable for technical specifications for suppliers and material exchanges.Team people supervision and control of the DCN database updated with the technical project documents. Reports concerning the team work to hierarchy.- Challenged to take part at meeting with project director concerning problems raised by the customer on different technical points.Management team in the aim to gather technical and contractual justifications to answer to customer requests.

Six-month-internship at Montreal (QUEBEC) in Fluids mechanics department (English department) – Responsible for experimental research project to understand different characteristics of turbulent flows (wind tunnel experimentation)
