Key competencies and responsibilities:MED-OPS:- project management: needs assessment, conception and strategy, planification, implementation, follow-up and adaptation- medico-humanitarian context analysis- networking and advocacy- security management- emergency and crisis management (critical incidents, evacuation)OTHER:- multicultural team management (recruitment, supervision and development): up to 18 international and 250 national staff (medical, logistics, supply, human resources and finance departments)- management of local associative teams- budget management (planning, forecast and follow-up): up to 6.5 million EUR

Key responsibilities and competencies: COMMUNICATIONS:- strategy: definition, implementation and follow-up of country communications strategies- content management: press releases, reports, photo-reportages, social media publications and campaigns- crisis management - media management: engagement with local key influencers and journalists, organization of media visits, Q&A and preparation of management teams (at coordination and field level) for interviews OTHER:- multidisciplinary team management: up to 4 people (local comms officers and translators)- intersectional coordination with all MSF HQs and offices - close collaboration with advocacy teams for leverage initiatives - close collaboration with health promotion teams (community engagement messages)- budget planning and follow-up
