Currently completing my final year studying a Bachelor of Business Degree (Majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management) at the University of Newcastle, Australia. Whilst studying full-time, I’m working as a Business Administrator for a local NDIS service provider. This position has allowed me to apply new knowledge and learning outcomes to a real world business situations. The small business nature enables me to gain experience across many facets of business operations, including social media marketing, employee compliance, finance management and recruitment practices. I’ve also recently joined the NuFlare Marketing Society, a student-led marketing society at the University of Newcastle. This opportunity has effectively created a community in which to network and socialise with likeminded students, generating many learning experiences and marketing tools to guide me into the workforce. I would describe myself as a hardworking and motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a professional, I thrive under high pressure situations and always strive to achieve customer-centric outcomes. I’m looking forward to a future career in Marketing and Finance, seeking to gain more knowledge and experience outside my tertiary education.
