- Lead company strategic initiatives including: a company rebrand, facilitation of agile processes and development of a team sales program.- Owned all benefits administration including: 3 open-enrollment cycles, plan selection, carrier changes, broker changes, day-to-day administration, and selection and implementation of additional offerings. - Spearheaded our award-submission strategy and employer brand work, resulting in 3 consecutive Great Place to Work awards as well as Top Company in Oregon and Fastest Growing Company recognition.- Identified and managed the implementation for company’s first HRIS.- Administer all internal HR duties: benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy creation and compliance.- Responsible for creation and implementation of employee retention programs including leadership and all company off-sites- Manage all employee relations conversations and plans- Lead all recruitment efforts: pipeline creation, job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, background checks, offer letter and new hire orientations. Increased Mammoth’s headcount 3X since time of hire.- Create and measure effectiveness of employee programs and events.- Collaborate across departments to identify business process improvements and skill gaps.
