Developing a training program and a personal project innovation process for 16-19 year old youth in Finland, answering to the the societal challenges of inequality and participation.

- Development of a methodology for UNICEF’s collaboration with academia and private sector to support localization and commercialization of innovations in Uganda. - The methodology was prepared through iterative rounds of workshops, prototyping, modeling, interviews and field visits in Kampala and Helsinki. - Collaboration facilitation and negotiation between universities, private companies and UNICEF

- Entrepreneurship training, product development and knowledge sharing with local women entrepreneurs in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. - Development of a collaboration and skills development model for CCI Tanzania.
