I rationalized 60K products to 20K Standard Products and repriced in SAP for NAM and Europe. I built new logistics routes, decreased physical plant inventories around the globe by 3% while training and promoting global export and regulatory compliance. I Expanded my global strategy by obtaining new LAM, ME, and APAC teams, setting up a standard product line for the first time ever for each region based upon market, GE needs, and vendor abilities. This increased Product line sales by 36% Global Revenue through Q3 and Increased the Contribution Margin by 16% to an overall 50.1% GM Margin on a $120M product line. Established new processes for product lifecycle and SAP Product upkeep. Started to set up an online catalog of standard products.
