• Lead the planning and execution of AEO's comprehensive Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program, which includes the documentation and testing of all in scope processes and controls • Identify company risks, control improvement opportunities, process inefficiencies, and viable solutions for identified issues • Manage the IA department’s completion of domestic and international audits, consulting/advisory projects, and various cost recovery efforts• Interview staff, management, and executives when performing financial, operational and strategic reviews to understand complex processes, identify risks, and assess internal controls and processes• Execute IA’s continuous risk assessment process, using a structured approach that allows management to prioritize, respond to risks, and develop the annual internal audit plan• Directly supervise one AEO auditor and a team of external co-source resources from various firms (PwC, Schneider Downs, APEX, etc.)
