Elise brings over 35 years of corporate experience in management, consulting, training and sales. Her passion is working with clients to help them achieve their short-term business and long- term strategic goals by focusing on leadership and change.Elise has extensive experience in both the healthcare and consulting industries. In her prior role as an Associate Director with Ernst & Young, she led several large-scale transformation and change projects within the firm that resulted in significant value creation and employee engagement. Elise has also worked in management with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as well as in sales with Biomet and with Continental Airlines. She holds an Executive Masters in Organizational Development and a B.A in Communications, from Bowling Green State University.Elise received her executive coaching certification at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and works with leaders who want to optimize their potential.Demonstrated expertise in: coaching, leadership development, organizational development, training and facilitation, knowledge management and sales
