I oversaw the College continuing education program development, implementation, and evaluation to fulfil adults and workplace needs. Through fruitful partnerships with socioeconomic organisations, other colleges and business, the continuing education team enlarge its training offer and the profitability of its services under my direction.

I coordinate a team of 15 members in charge of the development and management of training programs, recognition of prior learning, francisation, and adult courses for the College and its National aero technical School. Efficient and effective of the 6 million dollars annual budget.

Beauchemin international is a textbook publishing house specializing in business development and training in West Africa. I successfully managed at this position, amongst others, the project Appui au renforcement des capacités en gestion du manuel scolaire au Mali (CIDA funded) and the audit of the distribution of textbook between 200 and 2005 in Mali (mandate from the Government of Mali funded by the World Bank) involving both detailed reports writing with recommendations.
