After operating the Group successfully for ten years, Managing Director of Qualitas Healthcare Prash Menon decided to get me on-board in 2019 to take the brand further. Since joining the team, I have helped set the strategic direction for brands Qualitas Health and Synergy Radiology, strengthened our online presence and refreshed the look and feel of both brands. I am specialised in growing multi-site businesses both on and off-line and with over 40 locations (and more to come) there is a huge opportunity for growth with these brands. HammondCare serves people with complex health or aged care needs, regardless of their circumstances. Charged with leading the marketing for the HammondCare portfolios including; Dementia Centre, Dementia Support Australia, Health & Hospitals and HamondCare Publishing, I designed and implemented brand relevant systems to strengthen HammondCare's support of over 17,000 people Australia wide.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer, as Marketing Director I was responsible for identifying and managing commercial partnerships, and designing the marketing strategy across Marketing, Advertising, PR, Digital, Broadcast, Tourism and Experiential for start-up sports league SuperFoiler Grand Prix.I led the company through a re-brand, formed and nurtured over 40 commercial partnerships and launched the series, reaching a cumulative total across platforms of 32 million people internationally over the 3 month series campaign.Working closely with each of our partners to understand their marketing objectives and identify integration opportunities across our assets, digital, media and throughout our broadcast.

Previously, I spent nearly 4 years at retail pharmacy chain Blooms The Chemist helping steer the expanding pharmacy group through a brand restructure, repositioning Blooms The Chemist as the “First Call Pharmacy Professionals”. Here I implemented innovative solutions and expanded the group's communications outreach by incorporating high profile brand ambassadors into creative, fully integrated communication campaigns.
