About Elise Vonk

Mijn missie is om ondernemers succesvol te maken in hun duurzame ontwikkeling. Op een praktische manier turnen we maatschappelijke uitdagingen om in toekomst­bestendig ondernemer­schap, vernieuwing, duurzame oplossingen, een betrokken klantenkring en winst op vele fronten. Dit is een proces. Tijdens onze samenwerking breng ik structuur aan en zorg ik ervoor dat plannen uitgevoerd worden. Mijn bedrijfskundige achtergrond, duurzaamheids­expertise (CSRD implementation consultant, Trained B Leader, Adviseur CO2-prestatieladder, Adviseur Koploperproject Toekomstbestendig Ondernemen), ondernemer­schap, creativiteit en uitgebreide netwerk komen hierbij goed van pas. Communicatie speelt een cruciale rol.Ik werk voor grote en kleine organisaties, nationaal en internationaal, in allerlei sectoren en ten aanzien van allerlei vraagstukken. Een greep uit mijn klantenkring: Meelunie, Creative Valley, Hapert, Interstuhl, terStal, Maandag, SRA, gemeente Ede etc.Samen met andere duurzaamheidsexperts het boek 'Impactvol ondernemen in de praktijk' geschreven (2021). Inmiddels is hier ook een studentenversie voor het HBO van verschenen (2024). Verder ben ik verbonden aan De Zwerm, een collectief van zzp-ers: ervaren partners in verschillende disciplines met een gedeelde missie, ontstaan vanuit het idee dat we ondernemers met alle duurzame vragen vooruit kunnen helpen.     In het najaar van 2021 lanceerde ik - samen met de andere auteurs Paul van Ruiten, Hanneke Oude Elberink-Schieving, Annick Schmeddes, Ton Bastein, Anouk Brack en Jan Selen - het boek 'Impactvol ondernemen in de praktijk. Zelf verantwoordelijkheid nemen en samenwerken: zo doe je dat!' Interessante kost voor iedereen die van 'business as usual' naar '#impact #ondernemen' wil bewegen. In je eigen rol als directeur, financial, HR, productie, marketeer of communicatie professional. Maar ook als bedrijf in de keten. Inmiddels is er een 3e druk uit. Ons boek wordt inmiddels ook ingezet op Hogeschool Avans Den Bosch en Rotterdam Hogeschool.
