As Casting Assistant and Office Manager, my duties were to hire, coordinate and supervise the interns/assistants, help to prep and run sessions, run camera for sessions, keep the office organized and running smoothly, edit and upload audition tapes to send to the directors, and maintain positive relationships with actors and clients.Maintaining a positive attitude amongst this sometimes stressful and chaotic environment was key to my growth in the company. I was quickly established as a favorite and reliable contact for agents, clients, and actors due to my work ethic, communication, honesty, and a touch humor.

As an intern, I would answer questions about Boston Casting and our current and upcoming projects, assist in audition sessions and booking talent, helped with research, completed day-to-day office duties, and made/answered up to 100 phone calls a day for auditions, callbacks, open calls or extra work.I quickly proved my work ethic and determination when I was given a project to work on for Disney and was hired as a full-time employee after a short 3 months.
