This project was a unique and fun one in which I served as field scheduler. I also acted as cost control, cost forecast and change order analyst. It required deconstruct a Ultra Low Sulfur Gas unit in one refinery and move it down the road to a different refinery, to reassemble. We utilized earned value technique to trend the $90 million dollar project, it was under budget and finished on schedule. Matrix NAC had a great team and worked well with the client. This was a good experience for me and I am now back in the California area looking for the next exciting opportunity for 2018 anywhere you need me. Does not need to be in California.

Pontiac, Illinois

As the field "one man" project controls team at a Pipeline Storage Tank facility, I produce weekly cost forecasts and up to 3 schedules per week. I also assumed field payroll submission duties and daily LEM (Labor, Material, and Equipment) reports which serve as a data base for quick analysis for T&M backup to all Change Orders. We have over 150 change orders to cover the added scope, which is telling of a great team that can get things done. We assumed client Plant Maintenance scope, because we do it right. Working with the PM to make him successful, I improve communication and support to the home office subcontracts, payroll, and accounts payable departments, help them to help us! That's the spirit I bring to the team. I am heavily involved with the site inspection team and the client project personnel, attending meetings and supporting where needed. Automated on Excel daily input from boats to track progress on cleanup effort. Interfaced with client, assisting in their reporting and presentation needs.
