OutLine Aotearoa is an all-ages Rainbow mental health organisation that provides support throughout Aotearoa to Takatāpui, MVPFAFF+ and Rainbow communities, their friends, whānau, and those questioning 💗🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️They offer a nationwide, free and confidential support line and online chat support service between 6pm-9pm every day. OutLine also provide peer support for trans and non-binary people in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, and for conversion practices survivors throughout Aotearoa.

I'm responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless project delivery, and enhancing overall client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic management. I also oversee, strategise and facilitate organic social media campaigns, executing marketing initiatives, and ensures effective use of digital channels to achieve our business goals.• Cultivating positive and cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.• Managing 20+ SEO projects concurrently, utilising efficient time management techniques and resource allocation to consistently achieve data-driven results.• Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, effectively managing cross-functional projects and ensuring communication is delivered promptly and accurately.• Delivering various customer-centric ​reports​ for monthly SEO results reporting.• Led the creation of onboarding reports for new clients to track and manage progress and risk, enhancing transparency, boosting client engagement, and ultimately driving client satisfaction and retention.• Monitored progress for delivery of projects weekly enabling detailed reporting to client stakeholders and operational planning with teams delivering projects increasing client trust and team culture.• Collaborated with Sales & Marketing on customer engagement presentations, visualising data-driven results to engage key accounts and improve the company's reputation.
