Live Project: Developed and implemented a commercial awareness strategy. The proposed solution of the Recharging Zone created an important link between mental health and fitness. This report included in-depth research of the fitness and mental health markets with emerging market trends and penetrable gaps, consumer breakdown evidenced by primary research, a strict competitor analysis and a full strategic and inclusive communications plan with a clear financial breakdown. This idea was shortlisted by Gymshark out of 60 students and presented to the CEO Ben Francis and Gymshark Marketing team.

Working at a premium, British supermarket as part of the operations team presented many challenges and provided me with a selection of valuable skills. This included managing a small team and delegating roles to ensure all tasks were completed efficiently and to a high level. Part of this role including a large responsibility for dealing with customer complaints through the main store line. I assisted with promotional change overs, ticket auditing, stock taking and creating visual promotional layouts. This included adapting store layouts to fit new planograms and reflect the changing needs of the store and consumers. The main skills gained from this role were; high level of customer service, attention to detail, management and teamwork.
