About Elisha Chandra

My experience in the aviation industry has allowed me to help grow and mentor fellow aviation professionals. In the past I was an RPAS Instructor for Aviassist where I taught a variety of courses including Multi-rotor 25kg, Powerlift 25kg, Fixed wing 7kg, night VLOS and excluded category.My segue from manned aviation started through Droneit where I was acting Chief Remote Pilot. Here I managed RPAS operations across Australia. With a mixed bag of operators, we covered media and film, aerial survey and inspection. As a manager I ensure equal opportunities for my team and that projects are covered by an appropriate skill mix. I've also managed my own business AeroSuccess, where I provide guidance to new business owners launching their career in remotely piloted aircraft systems and I've developed and taught a final year university course.
