The Virginia Wireless Association was formed to promote an understanding of both the benefits and the necessity of wireless service in and for the state of Virginia. In order for wireless service to exist, infrastructure is required. Our organization is dedicated to educating not only local & state governments, but also the communities throughout Virginia about wireless service and what is required to actually make it work. Like our national affiliate WIA, the VAWA will work to ensure that the future envisioned by the drafting of the 1996 Telecommunications Act becomes a reality in Virginia bringing wireless service to all areas of our state.

Reviewed title reports for ownership, encumbrances, easements, etc. Reviewed zoning drawings prior to submittal for compliance with public agency/client requirements. Prepared, submitted, and obtained land use entitlement applications. Regular reporting of project status and schedule. Cingular Project – I reviewed Leases and Lease Packages before submission to Client, ordered title reports, reviewed/cured comments made by legal counsel, prepared and maintained a lease/title tracker, uploaded documents to the client’s database for closeout packages, and ordered bonds and certificates of insurance.

Conducted laboratory studies on the behavioral effects of drugs in animals. Assessed tissue response to drugs using a variety of in-vitro assays including IP3 radioimmunoassay and Western immunoblots. Performed whole animal survival surgery involving the implantation of drug pellets, drug pumps, cannulae or instruments. Complied results and report data in graphical and written form.
