My passion for youth leadership has been a driving force throughout my career, with a dynamic five-year journey at AIESEC, the world's largest youth-led organization. There, I honed my skills in business development, international operations, and facilitation, impacting over 1000 youths across 30+ conferences in 15 Middle East and African countries.Beyond AIESEC, I've championed gender equality as a Volunteer Support Advisor at Crossroads International, a Canadian-based organization. In Tanzania, I was pivotal as the StartUp Community Manager at Ennovate Hub and Innovation Consultant at Starthub Africa in Uganda, fostering innovation in one of the region's most significant hubs.Currently pursuing my Masters in Sustainability International Agriculture in Germany, I'm making waves at Terratalent. I support German employers in recruiting talent from Africa.
