With sixteen years of work experience in accounting and tax, I have developed a strong expertise in tax preparation and audit for individuals and businesses. As a Tax Manager at Rickhoff Business in Balance, I managed a team of tax professionals and oversaw the delivery of high-quality tax services to a diverse client base. I also partnered with other departments to provide tax advice and support on various business transactions and projects. Previously, as a Field Auditor II at WPS Health Solutions, I conducted audits of federal contracts and health care programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. I previously taught accounting courses as an Adjunct Instructor at East Central College and Columbia College, sharing my knowledge and passion for the field with students. I also took over my mothers Tax and Accounting business for 10 years, before shifting the business back to her due to me relocating. I am a Tax Generalist.
