I am responsible for the recruitment area and operations in Brazil, leading a software team and working directly with Swedish and Brazilian clients.As Head of Recruitment I am accountable for leading the recruiting department and the business at large in all of its recruiting functions. This includes team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation. I have also developed the goals and KPIs for the area at large. I am responsible for guiding the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy of the business, reporting directly to the founders in Sweden.

Newington International (Huxley) is a global executive search consultancy dedicated to sourcing senior talent or executing volume projects across the Banking, Technology, Risk and the Private Wealth Management (PWM) markets.From our office in Sao Paulo I cover the full LATAM region and provide staffing solutions to the Banking & Financial Services industry and my clients vary from local to global based organizations. I have full responsibility for the operational side of Newington International in Brazil. My role is therefore divided in to the following areas:- Managing the entire service-cycle, working with clients on developing their job requirements. This means I work directly with the business side (senior executives), understanding and mapping their needs and creating commercial propositions. - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Finding the right candidates and placing them at my clients. - Managing all follow-up services to build a long lasting relationship. - Creating and managing different events, such as workshops and social events.- Responsible for all the business development and overseeing the companies activities, creating KPIs, setting up goals and being responsible for budget and revenue (reporting directly to the US).

Academic Work is the leading recruiting and consulting company in Scandinavia focusing on young professionals in the fields of IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance. The organization helps with both temporary and permanent placement needs. I worked in a team specialized in assignments within the business area IT. As a consultant manager I had full responsibility for the recruitment and assessment processes for my assignments and clients. I had all legal responsibility for the consultants (a team consisting of approximately 40 IT-professionals) and managed their development within the company. I worked with multinational organizations, creating strong, long-term and sustainable relations.

As a Consultant Manager Assistant I was assisting Consultant Managers in the recruitment process. For example with advertisement, candidate selection, interviews, signing contracts with new employees, time reporting for consultants etc. I worked similar to a Consultant Manager at summer time during vacation leaves. I also worked in a staffing support, responsible for costumer contact and scheduling of consultants in staffing pools.

I was elected as a board member for the Association Brazil Sweden in Gothenburg, managing all the contact with the members, financial parts and creating cultural events. My responsibility was, overall, to enhance the Brazilian culture in Sweden.
