This includes team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation. I have also developed the goals and KPIs for the area at large. I am responsible for guiding the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy of the business, reporting directly to the founders in Sweden.

I have full responsibility for the operational side of Newington International in Brazil. My role is therefore divided in to the following areas:- Managing the entire service-cycle, working with clients on developing their job requirements. This means I work directly with the business side (senior executives), understanding and mapping their needs and creating commercial propositions. - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. The organization helps with both temporary and permanent placement needs. I worked in a team specialized in assignments within the business area IT. As a consultant manager I had full responsibility for the recruitment and assessment processes for my assignments and clients. I had all legal responsibility for the consultants (a team consisting of approximately 40 IT-professionals) and managed their development within the company. I worked with multinational organizations, creating strong, long-term and sustainable relations.
