I am a hardworking, passionate, enthusiastic glass half full kind of person. I decided long ago, to look for the positive in every situation which has helped me tremendously through various challenges. I strive for excellence and am constantly seeking to improve. Family is the most important thing in my life and they are the reason I work so hard. I am very much a goal oriented person, goal setting has always been apart of my life. I find that it's a lot more interesting when I have something I'm working towards. I always have a clear objective in mind when I am working on a task. Whether it is a contract I'm negotiating, an event I'm planning, or a piece of music I'm working on, I have a clear outcome I want to achieve. Perfection isn't ever attainable, but, striving for it is quite the journey.My passion in life is improving and helping to make a difference in others lives for good. When I am able to do that through work or service, that is where I find the greatest accomplishment. I have had a successful Real Estate career here in the Phoenix Valley since 2012, prior to that my husband and I designed and built custom homes in the eastern part of Arizona. I enjoy the complexities of residential and commercial Real Estate and love that I have the experience to do both!My role as Central Orchestra Manager for Millennial Choirs and Orchestras is a wonderful one filled with the opportunity to work with some of the best individuals I have ever met. I oversee the operations of all 5 Symphony Orchestras in California, Arizona, Texas, Utah and Idaho. Prior to this role I served as the Orchestra for the Arizona MCO Symphony Orchestra for 11 years. That experience of managing 80-100 players and all that comes with it taught me invaluable skills. These two occupations, real estate and symphony orchestra management, are very different from each other, yet they have one thing in common. People. The caring of people is the same element in both. My dedication to excellence is because of this most important aspect. Afterall, in every occupation it is all about people in the end isn't it?
